TAXES, DUTIES AND CUSTOMS POLICY:

As of 12/5/25 TTS* is no longer collecting VAT taxes or duties at checkout. All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties will be due upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the customer. By placing your order, you are agreeing that you will be responsible for and will pay, as due, all such charges, as applicable.

For all deliveries outside of the United States, in addition to appropriate international shipping charges, you will be responsible for any and all local taxes, duties, tariffs or other similar charges or impositions (including VAT) associated with your purchase, if any.

By placing your order, you are agreeing that you will be responsible for and will pay, as due, all such charges, as applicable. If you do not pay for these custom's fees, your order will be returned to our warehouse. You will be refunded for the order items minus the original shipping charges of your order.

All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package – the value is the retail cost.  To The Stars... cannot mark any package(s) as a “Gift” in order to avoid customs and duties fees.

Please note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion.

If the due charges are not paid, the merchandise will be returned to our warehouse or partner's warehouses. Only once the tracking shows as delivered back to our warehouse, you will be refunded for the order items minus the cost of your original shipping. TTS* is not responsible for and will not refund refused packages that do not back it back to the warehouse.

Once a shipment has left domestic handling and entered international borders, To The Stars... is no longer responsible for the tracking of said shipment. All inquiries, from the time of entering international borders, must be taken up by the customer with their local delivery service.

Transit time:

Packages sent economy shipping may take up to 15 weeks (depending on customs) to reach their final destination. It is normal for package tracking to appear stopped for days or weeks while still in transit. Be sure to follow your tracking updates to ensure delivery and contact your local mail carrier once the package has entered your country if there is any delay or questions about your local mail delivery of your package.

Canadian Disclaimer: Severe delivery delays are expected due to postal strikes. If you are placing an order to Canada you are doing so at your own risk. TTS* is not responsible for held or excessively delayed or lost packages in the midst of an international postal strike.

We will not consider any packages going to Canada as lost in transit until 20 weeks after the strike has been lifted. If you have placed an order and the shipment is in limbo, it will begin moving again by carriers once the strike has been resolved.
