INTERNATIONAL ORDER POLICY ON CUSTOMS/TAXES & DUTIES :

As of 12/5/25 TTS* is no longer collecting VAT taxes or duties upon checkout.

All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.

For all deliveries outside of the United States, in addition to appropriate international shipping charges, you will be responsible for any and all local taxes, duties, tariffs or other similar charges or impositions (including VAT) associated with your purchase, if any, which will be charged and due upon delivery.

By placing your order, you are agreeing that you will be responsible for and will pay, as due, all such charges, as applicable. If you do not pay for these custom's fees, your order will be returned to our warehouse. Only once the tracking shows as delivered back to our warehouse, you will be refunded for the order items minus the cost of your original shipping. TTS* is not responsible for and will not refund refused packages that do not back it back to the warehouse.

Canadian Disclaimer:

Severe delivery delays are expected due to postal strikes. If you are placing an order to Canada you are doing so at your own risk. TTS* is not responsible for held or excessively delayed or lost packages in the midst of an international postal strike. We will not consider any packages going to Canada as lost in transit until 20 weeks after the strike has been lifted. If you have placed an order and the shipment is in limbo, it will begin moving again by carriers once the strike has been resolved.
