Shipping policy

Orders are shipped from our third party fulfillment center in Vista, California on business days, Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Due to third party fulfillment, TTS is unable to guarantee or predict shipping or delivery dates. Tracking emails are sent after your order ships. Please check the product details page of each of your items to see if anything is on pre-order. If you have pre-order items in your order, all items will ship together once the pre-order is in stock. The majority of in-stock orders will be processed within 2-10 business days (M-F, excluding US holidays), regardless of the shipping method chosen during checkout. However, some orders may experience longer than normal processing times. 

Pre-Order estimated shipping dates are stated on the product page and subject to change without notice.

Free USA Shipping on orders over $100 on eligible items. Ineligible items will be indicated on the items' product details page.
