Return Policy

DOMESTIC RETURNS

We will gladly accept returns of the unworn/unwashed items within 30 days of purchase date for all orders. Eligible items** must be returned in their original condition – not worn, washed or damaged and returned in original packaging. 

We offer FREE USA returns on eligible items** via our Return Portal https://tothestars.returnly.com/

While we do not currently offer direct merchandise exchanges, you can use our returns portal https://tothestars.returnly.com/ to return your item for free and place a new order for the item you want now, just as if you are placing a regular order.

Once the package has had a shipping label generated in our system, the original shipping charges will no longer be refunded.

All sale items, items purchased with a coupon and/or a discount code cannot be refunded. All sale items are final sale.

Once your items are inspected by the store, you'll get your refund typically within 24-96 hours. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Any gift with purchases not returned will have item retail or manufacturing cost deducted from your refund. 

**Several types of items are ineligible from being returned including Books, CDs, Vinyl Records, Washed Clothing, Gift Cards, Personalized/Customized Items, Digital Downloads and items indicated on their product details page at our discretion.

International Returns

Please contact us here for help with any international questions or returns.

If your package is returned by a carrier to our warehouse, we will contact you to discuss a resend or a refund.  If you choose to be refunded after we contact you, your original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Once the package has had a shipping label generated in our system, the original shipping charges will no longer be refunded.

To The Stars... is not responsible for your local mail carrier failing to notify any required payments for delivery. Tracking is provided on every order for the customer to ensure delivery once the package arrives in their home country. Please contact us during your order’s journey and we will be happy to help you to trace the packages location to ensure delivery.

You will be responsible for paying the full shipping costs for returning your item.   

To The Stars... is not responsible for any duties that are levied on imported goods from these shipments.  If To The Stars... is assessed duties in association with your return(s), these duties will be deducted from the amount of your refund.

When you send back your item to us, we ask that you obtain a proof of postage and note your tracking number.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Typically 3-7 business days. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@tothestarsinc.com.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you via email. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
