Shipping policy

Orders ship from our third party fulfillment center in Carlsbad, California on business days (M-F, excluding US holidays). Due to third party fulfillment, TTS cannot guarantee or predict shipping or delivery dates. Tracking emails are sent after your order ships. The majority of in-stock orders will be processed and shipped within 2-10 business days (M-F, excluding US holidays), regardless of the shipping method chosen during checkout. However, some orders may experience longer processing times than normal. If your order contains any pre-order items, all items will ship together once the pre-order item is ready.  

Orders ship from a large third party fulfillment center and unfortunately, we cannot see where specific orders are in the queue. Orders are being processed as quickly as possible and you will receive a tracking email once your order ships. Thank you for your patience with the processing and shipping of your order.
