Poet Anderson Brings the Dream World to Comic-Con
Bowler hats and umbrellas waded through the sea of fandom in downtown San Diego, California during the 2015 San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC).
This year marked the first SDCC since the launch of To The Stars’ massive Poet Anderson franchise. Tom DeLonge was busy throughout this mammoth celebration of geeky pop culture promoting Poet Anderson, Strange Times, and To The Stars. He participated in multiple panels at SDCC, he appeared on the Marvel podcast, and he was on stage for a live interview at the Nerdist Conival at Petco Park.
The Poet Anderson franchise launched with an award-winning animated short film. Music, comic books, and merchandise have followed. And DeLonge and New York Times bestselling author Suzanne Young have joined forces to create the first novel, Poet Anderson…Of Nightmares.
Young was also at SDCC, and she participated in the Magnetic Press panel along with DeLonge and Poet Anderson comic book writer Ben Kull.
There was also an army of Poet Andersons walking the downtown streets, waging war against night terrors and promoting Poet Anderson.
